I always use wine when I cook..........Sometimes I even put some in the food.

Altough this sounds simple, and many of you might already know this, a chef once told me to always serve glasses of the same wine you cook with.

It is very astounding just how well this works.

Whatever food I have with any wine. Now some does taste better with different wines.. lOL

When dining on a fine TV dinner I find a nice glass of Sangria complements nicely. Actually I enjoy a glass of sangria or a glass of any of my wines with any food. I may not be very discriminating.
