Will cold crashing wine after adding clarifying agents and stabilizers help clear the wine better?
Don't the clarifying agents have an ideal temp?
depends... what temps, what you are using. Even if you save a day or 2 you should NOT be in a hurry to bottle.

The temps would be in my kegerator around 35
Fining agents usually work better with the warmer temps while clearing naturally works better in cooler temps.
O.k Ill let the agents work for a couple of weeks at room temp. Thanks
