I started a MM Fresh Varietal Juice on 18 Oct 08. Since I started it has been racked twice, oaked, racked again and on Day 105 I added 1/4 tsp of Kmeta. It is now Day 140 and I want to know if I can bottle since I am in need of a Carboy very soon.

Go ahead and bottle it. If you had more carboys you could bulk age it more, but it will be fine doing it now. It should have cleared by now.

Is the Kmeta I added on day 105 sufficient or should I add a bit more?

As long as you didn't degas lately or anything rough, it will be fine. It has only been about a month since the addition.

Good job with the patience! I would still give it more time to age in the bottle though.

Except for the usual 1/2 bottle I always end up with at the end of a bottling session I plan to let sit for 8 more months at least (I hope). Thank you all for your input.

Sounds good to me, and don't be a mad nurse, since you keep doctors from killing us....
