John:
I have 10 gallons of elderberry clearing. 5 gallons on first run and 5 gallons on second run (added a gallon of elderberries to second run. Used 4 lbs of bananas, two cups of orange juice and 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Going to try to add a little vanilla after it clears
to see if it will take the edge off of it. Elderberry is strong in flavor.

It does, Ernest. I used concord grapes in my first ever batch of elderberry wine (from the Vintner's Harvest Wine Base) to try and tone it down. After six months in the bottle, it still has a very bold elderberry flavor. A lot of folks don't seem to like it. But that just leaves it all for me!
