Default apple juice

so im planning on heading back to NE ohio mid october ish and hoping to stop by an apple orchard to get some fresh squeezed apple juice for wine (i have no way of juicing on my own so it seems easier to just buy the juice). so my questions are, what are some of the things i will need to know for making wine from apple juice or some things to look out for? also can anyone point me towards a good recipe for apple wine? thank you all

Watch for the ingredients, they tend to put sorbates in the juice. You want the pure juice, no sorbates.
