I went to the wine store to buy the additives for my blueberry wien and the sales man there sold me this instead...
It looks really easy to use and it has the instructions.
They have it for all kind of berries and grapes, it costs 10.00-15.00 cdn depending on the kind

The only problem I can see is that is would get expensive if you make a lot of fruit wine, but if you only make 1-2 batch a year I think it works good.
