Default Thin Strawberry Wine

The wine is bright red, the taste is raw, the aroma like a bowl of berries.The after taste great!! But the mouth feel is thin. How do I get body?

Another vote for the glycerin. I add 5 oz to a 6 gallon batch.

I just added an F pack . I reduced 6pounds of berries to about a quart and a half. My clear wine is now cloudy with a bunch of sediment. How long do I leave it before I rack to clear?
