I made mixed citrus wine ( jungle juice ) a couple years back and although it had nice features i always noticed a sour orange after taste. After a time I sent it to brandy service. Now i've begun a new grapefruit wine featuring seasons best GF juice and welches white grape and again I smell and taste sour orange (mutant below the graft regrowth that most people wouldn't recognize). Is grapefruit just a foul varmit or am I not getting it right. .70 acid,1.093sgl.My orange wines and mango wines havent exhibited this taint.Help is appreciated.TY
