O.K this is what I did.I used 20lbs of frozen blueberries,5 cans 15oz.of oregon fruit product,gallon of old orchard blueberry-currant juice.
also added 2oz.of heavy american toast oak chips in the primary.(6-gallonbatch).S.G was 1.091.......Now I want to ferment to dry.So I need a yeast recommendation.I'll be ready to pitch the yeast in the morning....

WOW!!!I can smell it from here...that's going to really have a nice Blueberry flavor...

Do try to use both Yeast Nutrient and Yeast Energizer...blueberries are tough to get started....

Keep us Posted....looks good already..

That's a lot of blueberrry product. Nice high sg for no sugar added for any fruit! It will be interesting following the progress of this one.

Thats either going to be the best blueberry wine in the world or overpowering in taste and I sure hope its the first!
