Finally starting my 3rd batch of this stuff. Should have started it a long time ago buts its hard when there are still so many wines to make. This is by far 1 of my favorite wines there is. Also have the Peach ice wine coming from George too.

Just bought another can....and, actually still have a few bottles I am hording....Will start it this winter sometime.

Might add some Zante [grape] raisins..?????
Or, might just add the WinExpert Red grape Concentrate like the last batch....It turned out so good.

Wade and Waldo are right....This is one Fruit Base everyone should try....

I need to do a bit of research on using Frozen Black Currants. I have quite a few frozen from the bushes this year. I may wait until the new year having made just about my limit for the year..........

I don't know..................... I have a few carboys of wine done this year, but I have about 260 gallons of nice grape juice in storage............ I need to convert some of that to wine and don't know if I can spare 3-6 gallons of Black Currant wine or not........................
