Finally starting my 3rd batch of this stuff. Should have started it a long time ago buts its hard when there are still so many wines to make. This is by far 1 of my favorite wines there is. Also have the Peach ice wine coming from George too.

Just bought another can....and, actually still have a few bottles I am hording....Will start it this winter sometime.
Might add some Zante [grape] raisins..?????
Or, might just add the WinExpert Red grape Concentrate like the last batch....It turned out so good.
Wade and Waldo are right....This is one Fruit Base everyone should try....

GOT mine (current ) under way secondary smells good,add a little oak will back sweeten after,started an ice wine from Canada,Ontario Sig 1.60 start,used red star champaign yeast to start ,after two days of rapped fermentation placed the wine in the wine box to do a cold fermentation see how it works out.

I need to do a bit of research on using Frozen Black Currants. I have quite a few frozen from the bushes this year. I may wait until the new year having made just about my limit for the year..........

I don't know..................... I have a few carboys of wine done this year, but I have about 260 gallons of nice grape juice in storage............ I need to convert some of that to wine and don't know if I can spare 3-6 gallons of Black Currant wine or not........................
