Well actually, I know I did. Now I just have to worry about the consequences. I just finished racking my peach wine and realized I used One Step instead of KMeta. What say you? Am I screwed?

Edit: One Step was used to clean everything before racking. I didn't dump it into the wine. At least I have that going for me.

One step is a no rinse cleaner so you should be fine.
