Quick hello
Hi everyone and thanks for the forum.
I usually wait before I even register but I only needed to read a few posts here to realise this is a nice place to visit and learn a little.
I've made several batches in the past but never at home and always came out disappointed.
A couple of months ago I decided to give it another try but using WE Premium. I went for the Australian Shiraz (this grape has always been one of my favourites and, the Valpolicella. I do hope they age well.
So, like I said, I is here to learn.
Have a great day.

Welcome, this is a nice place to visit.
The search function is pretty good to peruse while waiting to get your questions answered.
Lots of good people with lots of good information.
