persimmon wine
The wine i made is very very very dry did i mention it's extreemly dry I have already added a ton of sugar any other suggestions.

I would say you haven't stabilized the wine so every time you add sugar, it ups the alcohol and ends up dry again. Stabilize first and then sweeten.

What stage of the fermentation process are you in? Is it just starting or has it finished and you're now trying to backsweeten?
