Allspice Mead getting close to bottling.














My carboy collection, uncovered and lined up for photo op.

The honey in that mead, I got from a beeman that works part time for the farm...He said it was mostly sun flower honey..He said he would try to bringme some honey from the almond groves in California...should be interesting...

I do have a post in "what's in your carboy" on page two... But I guess there should be an update to that list. I started a Boysenberry....3 gallon and a Pinot Noir kit from Heron Bay Wine...6 gallon. And they are in the picture.
