OOpppsss we overlooked another birthday and it was Masta this time. Things like this happen when you aren't around Scott. We miss you. Hope all is well after the waters receded. Have some cake for us and I hope you got another good dinner tonight, but it probably can't top last night!

Thanks to all for the Birthday wishes.....today I tried something new. I have a new food kick and it is smoked cheese so I setup the smoker and smoked some cheddar, gouda, and provolone! Then I had to buy something I wanted for a while...a vacuum sealer to preserve the cheese. I tried a piece of the cheddar and it was good but the instructions I have read say to let the cheese rest 4-5 days and it gets better.

Smoked cheese is awesome. Did you ever sell any of those items (shelving and cooler cause there has been some inquiries about them here and i linked them. You should also put that stuff up here!
